We provide a wide variety of special needs populations with affordable and specialized housing. Demographics served include but are not limited to: disabled, veterans, seniors, sober living, transitional housing, re-entry, low income, and other special needs populations. Our properties and services are of the highest caliber in our state and local area due to our commitment to safe, affordable all- inclusive living environments.
Our Mission
Our mission and philosophy stems from four key components: Respect Empathy, Self-Learning and Pride Of Ownership. We personally believe that housing is a universal necessity that creates positive change for all of humanity. With housing and the above key-tenets, we believe that we can impact change and help our clients better their lives. Our mission is simply to improve the lives of our clients through affordable, all-inclusive housing environments which are centered around respect, empathy, self-learning and pride of ownership.
Our Process
Our process focuses on our core belief and philosophy that thepersonal, physical and spiritual well-being of our clients must come first. We take an inter-disciplinary approach to our management as well as a team approach to our service offerings. We partner with numerous local and state non-profits as well as governmental entities in order to best meet the needs of our community.
Application and Screening Process
Unlike most providers that have a check-list of requirements, we prefer to take a holistic approach. Most of our clients typically originate via a shared referral source. Often times this could be a doctor, nurse, case worker, social worker or even another clients’ family. Doing so allows our qualified staff to better understand the special needs of the particular client and therefore make a decision.
